I will e-mail this contract to you after your deposit has been made
and it must
be signed and dated and mailed back to me before the kitten
goes home with you.
Our cats have been

Health
Guarantee/Kitten Contract/Adult Cat Contract
The Seller agrees to the following conditions of sale:
1. Your kitten will be raised with the most loving care that it
can possibly receive and will be well socialized!
2. Your kitten has a full 90 day health guarantee
(see Purchaser
agreement below for details).
3. If the cat/kitten is found to have unacceptable health within 90
days, excluding minor problems that could occur from the stress of
the trip and common problems such as fleas, ear
mites, ringworm
and tape worms that can be picked up at anytime, Seller agrees to
replace the cat/kitten
with one of equal value when available, but
only with a proper
veterinarian report.

4. Your kitten will be properly socialized, up to date on all
shots and worming, litter box & scratching
post trained.
5. Your kitten will have been groomed daily
and will be used to
brushing, eye care and weekly baths, blow drying and
nail clipping.
The Purchaser agrees to the following conditions of
sale:
1. Purchaser has 1 week from the date of sale to
take this kitten to a Licensed Veterinarian at their
own expense.
2. Purchaser agrees that this cat will be an indoor
pet and will
never be left outdoors unattended. If left outdoors
the health
guarantee
becomes null and void.
3. Under NO circumstances will this kitten/cat or
kittens from
this cat be sold to or given to any pet shop,
laboratory, or any
similar facility.
4. Under NO circumstances will this kitten/cat be
de-clawed. If
this kitten is de-clawed the health guarantee becomes null and void.

5. The seller does not guarantee this kitten will
not ever have
internal or external parasites like fleas, ear mites, worms, or etc.,
because a feline can pick these up anywhere. (To the best of our
knowledge, your kitten does not have fleas or ear mites before her
release to you - the kitten HAS been wormed several times before
being released.)
6. Unless purchased with papers and breeding rights,
buyer
agrees to neuter the cat between 5 and 6 months of
age.
7. If kitten is sold as pet, seller will provide
papers ONLY after
proof that kitten has been spay/neutered.
8.
If this kitten/cat is found to be neglected or of ill health for
an unreasonable length of time, purchaser will
surrender the
kitten/cat to the seller unconditionally without
refund.
9. If new Owner can no longer provide kitten/cat with proper
home, Seller has first right to have the cat
returned. Before the
kitten / cat is returned to the seller, (if such
becomes
necessary) said kitten/cat shall be tested for Feline
Leukemia
Virus (Felv) and a Veterinarian shall certify such
test as
negative. Said certificate of negative results shall
be sent to the
seller. A Veterinary Health Certificate showing a
clean bill of
health and negative Fecal specimen shall also be
provided to
the seller at the present owners expense.
10. If death of this kitten/cat should occur due to
a genetic
defect, purchaser must show a death certificate from
a licensed
Veterinarian.
11. Buyer understands that the color of the kitten
purchased is
the best estimated color at the time of purchase.
Kittens may
change color slightly or significantly with age and
no
exchanges or reimbursements are made due to color.
(We will
do our best to never release a kitten until we are
sure of the
kitten's proper color.)
12. Attorney fees and court fees which should arise
from
breech of this contract will be paid by the purchaser
of the
kitten/cat identified herein.
